真空退火炉智能化的改造设计及实现

摘要 真空退火炉是用于稀有金属热处理工序的关键设备,工作原理成熟,设备构造基本定型。多台使用20年以上的退火炉,机体结构良好,但电气控制系统落后,控制手段简陋,如何让这些设备再焕发新生,结合目前智能制造的理念,当前先进的PLC和组态软件对真空退火炉做了升级改造,经过连续运行18个月使用,效果良好,达到改造要求。 The vacuum annealing furnace is the key equipment used in the heat treatment process of rare metals.Its working principle is mature and its structure is basically finalized.Several annealing furnaces have been used for more than 20 years.The body structure of the funaces is good,but the electrical control system is backward and the control means is simple.To make these equipments rejuvenate.We have upgraded the vacuum annealing furnace with the current advanced PLC and configuration software in combination with the current concept of intelligent manufacturing.After 18 months of continuous operation,the effect is good and meets the transformation requirements.
