三山岛金矿超深溜井堵塞处理研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 三山岛的金矿15^(#)溜井-1140^-900 m,倾角为80°,其垂直长度为240 m,目前为国内较长的溜井矿之一。因为溜井的地理位置较深,地质构造复杂,周围岩石的整体条件不够稳定,受各种外界因素的共同影响最后变成固体胶结物,加上转运的不及时,从而使得溜井从局部到全局慢慢堵塞。在实际对堵塞的处理中,由于这些堵塞物的不同一性,无法单一使用一种方式有效地解决堵塞问题,因此该文把整个溜井划分成3段,针对这3段采用各自有效的通堵办法进行疏通,从而能够更高效、安全的进行矿山开采作业,提高矿石的利用率,节约矿石资源。 The 15^(#) pass in the Sanshandao gold mine ranges from-1140 to-900 m,with an inclination angle of 80°,and its vertical length is 240 m.It is currently one of the longest pass mines in China.Because of the deep geography and complex geological structure of the pass,the overall conditions of the surrounding rocks are not stable enough.Due to the combined influence of various external factors,it eventually becomes solid cement,and the transportation is not timely,which makes the pass slowly blocked from partial to the whole.In the actual treatment of blockages,due to the different characteristics of these blockages,it is impossible to use a single method to effectively solve the blockage problem.Therefore,this article divides the entire pass into 3 sections,and uses each effective dredging for these 3 sections.The method can be used for dredging,so that mining operations can be carried out more efficiently and safely,improve the utilization rate of ore,and save more resources.
