摘要
通过磁选试验、浮选试验等方式研究某选矿厂干式预选废石的粒级分布特性。研究表明废石中+3 mm粒级和0.5-3 mm粒级的粗颗粒可分别用于建筑砂石骨料,而-0.5 mm的细颗粒经“一粗二精一扫”开路选别可得到品位32.5%的磷精矿,对现有浮选工艺流程指标无较大影响,且能够提高磷精粉产量,达到充分回收利用干选废石中的磷资源目的,同时减少固体废弃物排放。
The paper studies the size fraction distribution character of dry pre-selected waste rock in a process plant by the methods of magnetic separation test,flotation test and etc.Studies have shown that the coarse particles in the size fraction of+3 mm and 0.5-3 mm from waste rock can be used separately for construction sand and gravel aggregate.However,the fine particles of-0.5 mm can be obtained with a grade of 32.5%phosphate concentrate through the open-circuit ore dressing of‘one stage roughing one stage scavenging and two stage cleanings selection’,which has no major impact on the indicators of existing flotation flowsheet.Furthermore,it is capable to increase the output of phosphorus concentrate to achieve the purpose of fully recovered and utilized the phosphorus resources from dry-separation waste rock,and reduce the discharge of solid waste as well.
