At present,the world is undergoing unseen great changes in a century.China is gradually forming a new development pattern in which domestic circulation is the mainstay and the domestic and international double cycles promote each other.In this context,China should raise the level of opening up to the outside world and build a higher level of new open economic system.Then,China should drive the comprehensive deepening of reforms through high-level opening up,which can promote the direct integration of opening up and economic transformation and upgrading.In this way,China will gain new advantages in international cooperation and competition under the background of significantly increasing global uncertainty.
