On the Academic Counseling System for College Students and the Roles of Counselors in Universities and Colleges

高校大学生学业辅导体系经历了从无到有、从自发到有序、从离散性到正规性的建立和发展过程,其目的就是为了提高大学生的学习成效,促进其全面发展。而新时代高校辅导员在学业辅导体系中的深度参与,一方面要明确自己发起者、管理者、检验者和把控者的角色,另一方面要发挥管理、评价、激励、修正和把控的作用。

College student academic guidance system has gone through the process of establishment and development from scratch,from spontaneity to orderliness,from discreteness to normality.It aims at improving college students’learning effectiveness and spurring their overall development.While deeply involving in the academic counseling system in the new era,on the one hand,college counselors should clarify their roles as initiators,managers,inspectors and controllers,on the other hand,they should play the function of management,incentive,revision and control.
