一种新型三腹板空间索面钢锚梁锚固结构计算分析 被引量:1

摘要 新型三腹板空间索面钢锚梁锚固结构设置了三道腹板,拉索锚固在中腹板和边腹板内部,而不是像传统的"骑在"钢锚梁上方。通过与常规的空间索面钢锚梁方案进行对比,基于整体杆系模型受力分析,分别建立两种钢锚梁锚固方案局部精细模型,分析了两种方案钢锚梁结构的受力特点。结果表明,相对常规方案,新型结构几乎全部的板件应力都有所下降,最大应力也下降了15%,且避免了一些应力水平很高的板件的使用;板件厚度能够得到有效的控制,其整体用钢量下降了15.5%,对施工的要求也相对降低;紧凑的设计使得新型结构的结构尺寸得到了有效的控制,特别是横向尺寸相对常规结构得到了较大的改善,适用于各种空间相对狭小的桥塔。 A new three-web space cable surface steel anchor beam anchoring structure is proposed,which is provided with three webs,and the cable is anchored inside the middle and side webs,instead of traditional ″riding on″steel anchor beam. By comparing with the conventional space cable surface steel cable anchor beam scheme,based on the force analysis of the overall rod model,local fine models of the two steel anchor beam anchoring schemes are established,and the stress characteristics of the steel anchor beam structures of the two schemes are compared and analyzed. The results show that compared with the conventional scheme,the stress of almost all the plates of the new structure has decreased,and the maximum stress has also decreased by 15%,and the use of some plates with high stress levels has been avoided;The thickness of the plate can be effectively controlled,and the overall steel consumption has decreased by 15. 5%,and the requirements for construction have been relatively reduced;The compact design allows the structural size of the new structure to be effectively controlled,especially the lateral size has been greatly improved compared to the conventional structure,and it is suitable for various relatively narrow bridge towers.
