摘要 在分析国内外主要航海教育人才培养模式的基础上,结合荷兰教育体系的特点,分析荷兰高等航海教育的特色和优势。从航海教育专业职能和核心任务的角度入手,以荷兰威廉巴伦支航海学院海事高级船员专业培养模式为实例,研究课程体系,分析航海教育的特点和优势。从分析结果来看,注重海上实习,强调营造真实任务环境是提高航海教育教学质量的有效手段,对提升我国航海人才培养质量具有深刻的借鉴意义。 Based on the analysis of the main maritime education systems at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of the Dutch education system,the characteristics and advantages of the Dutch maritime education are analyzed. This study starts from the perspective of the professional functions and core tasks of maritime education,and takes the training system of Marine Officer at the Maritime Institute Willem Barentsz in the Netherlands as an example to study the curriculum system and analyze the characteristics and advantages of Dutch maritime education. The analysis is shown that maritime practice and real task environment are effective means to improve the quality of navigation education and teaching,and has profound reference significance for improving the quality of China’s navigational education.
