基于大数据分析的通信网络阻塞故障检测方法 被引量:6

摘要 针对通信网络在运行过程中会受到外界攻击,导致通信网络出现阻塞故障问题,以提高通信网络阻塞故障的检测性能为目的,提出了基于大数据分析的通信网络阻塞故障检测方法。在大数据分析的基础上,先对通信网络阻塞故障数据进行降维处理,判别了通信网络阻塞故障数据的特征,采用大数据分析进行通信网络阻塞故障在时间轴和频率轴的联合估计,完成通信网络阻塞故障数据的采集;通过定义大数据分析的能量函数,对通信网络阻塞故障进行正反双向的输入层重构,构建了通信网络阻塞故障诊断模型;最后通过通信网络阻断故障的检测流程设计,实现了通信网络阻塞故障的检测。实验结果表明,基于大数据分析的通信网络阻塞故障检测方法不仅可以缩短故障检测时延,还可以提高通信网络故障查全率,从而提高了通信网络阻塞故障的检测性能。 In order to improve the detection performance of communication network congestion fault,a communication network congestion fault detection method based on big data analysis is proposed.On the basis of big data analysis,the dimension reduction of communication network blocking fault data is carried out,and the characteristics of communication network blocking fault data are identified.The joint estimation of communication network blocking fault data in time axis and frequency axis is carried out by using big data analysis,and the communication network blocking fault data is collected by defining the energy function of big data analysis Fault diagnosis model of communication network blocking fault is constructed by reconstructing the positive and negative input layer.Finally,the detection process of communication network blocking fault is designed to realize the detection of communication network blocking fault.The experimental results show that the communication network congestion fault detection method based on big data analysis can not only shorten the fault detection delay,but also improve the communication network fault recall rate,thus improving the detection performance of communication network congestion fault.
