基于引力模型的智能制造产线信息系统的信息呈现 被引量:6

摘要 为提高用户操作智能产线信息系统的效率,对智能产线信息系统的信息呈现进行研究.以某测量技术企业RT/SI部门的LMES产线信息系统为研究对象,将引力模型算法运用到智能产线信息系统信息呈现的研究中,基于引力模型研究信息元间的关系.依据引力模型,建立信息链,对信息元进行引力值计算,得到不同用户P1、P2、P3和P4的引力值.结果表明:在P4用户层面,信息元Y34、Y35及Y36的引力值最大,均为25.00;在P3用户层面,信息元Y34的引力值最大,为23.75;在P2用户层面,信息元Y36的引力值最大,为11.25.信息元引力值越大,信息元距离越近,信息元也越大;反之,信息元距离越远,信息元也越小.产线信息系统的信息分布方式为未来工业制造系统的信息呈现提供了一种科学的设计方法. To improve the efficiency of user operating intelligent production line information system,the information presentation of an intelligent production line information system was studied.Taking the LMES production line information system of a measurement technology enterprise RT/SI department as a research object,a gravity model algorithm was applied to the research on the information presentation of the intelligent production line information system,and the relationship between information elements was studied based on the gravity model.According to the gravity model,the information chain was established to calculate the gravity value of the information element,and the gravitational values of different users(P1,P2,P3 and P4)were obtained.The results show that at the user level of P4,the gravitation values of information elements(Y34,Y35 and Y36)are the highest,all 25.00.At the user level of P3,the gravitation value of information element Y34 is the largest,23.75.At the user level of P2,the gravitational value of information element Y36 is the largest,11.25.The larger the gravity value is,the closer the information element is,the larger the information element is.Conversely,the farther the information element is,the smaller the information element is.The information distribution mode of the production line information system provides a scientific design method for the information presentation of the future industrial manufacturing system.
