草酸二甲酯加氢合成乙二醇的新型催化剂研究

摘要 制备了Cu/SiO2催化剂并采用化学还原法得到含助剂B的Cu/SiO2催化剂应用于草酸二甲酯(DMO)加氢制备乙二醇(EG)的反应中。考察了不同反应温度时不同催化剂对草酸二甲酯加氢反应的影响。蒸氨法制备的催化剂EG选择性,DMO的转化率可达92.6%、EG收率为84.77%。Cu-B/SiO2催化剂DMO的转化率为100%、EG的收率为88.05%。经硼氢化钾(KBH4)处理后的Cu-B/SiO2催化剂性能显著提高,DMO的转换率高达97.22%。 In this experiment,Cu/SiO2 catalyst was prepared and Cu/SiO2 catalyst containing promoter B was obtained by chemical reduction method.It was used in the(DMO)hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate to ethylene glycol(EG).The effects of different catalysts on the hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate at different reaction temperatures were investigated.The catalyst prepared by ammonia evaporation method has EG selectivity,the conversion of DMO can reach 92.6%,and the yield of EG is 84.77%.The conversion of Cu-B/SiO2 catalyst DMO is 100%and the yield of EG is 88.05%.After potassium borohydride(KBH4)treatment,the performance of Cu-B/SiO2 catalyst is significantly improved,and the conversion rate of DMO is as high as 97.22%.
