摘要
合成气中的微量氨会对甲醇产品的品质带来不利影响,同时对甲醇合成催化剂的寿命也有不利影响。因此,在甲醇生产过程中对合成气中的氨氮化合物是有严格要求的,必须严格控制原料气中氨的含量。本文探讨了氨氮吸收过程现状并提出了今后的发展方向。
The trace ammonia in the syngas will have adverse effects on the quality of methanol products and the life of methanol synthesis catalyst.Therefore,there are strict requirements for ammonia nitrogen compounds in the synthesis gas in the methanol production process,and the ammonia content in the feed gas must be strictly controlled.This paper discusses the status quo of ammonia nitrogen absorption process and puts forward the development direction in the future.
