摘要
目的:利用气相色谱法测定乙酸生产过程中乙酸乙酯过程含量。方法:利用不同组分沸点在毛细管色谱柱上保留程度不同,从而达到组分的分离,使用内标法定量。结果:适用于含量在30%以下乙酸乙酯含量的测定。结论:该方法操作简单,结果准确,检测时间酸,可有效控制生产过程中乙酸乙酯含量。
The content of ethyl acetate in acetic acid production was determined by gas chromatography.Methods:the boiling points of different components were retained in different degrees on the capillary column,so as to achieve the separation of components,and the internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Results:the method is suitable for the determination of ethyl acetate content below 30%.Conclusion:the method is simple,accurate and can effectively control the content of ethyl acetate in the production process.
