摘要
基于某乙烯装置的稀释蒸气发生器系统,应用HYSYS Dynamic流程模拟软件,建立稀释蒸气发生器系统的动态模型,研究稀释蒸气发生器系统在急冷水流量增加、急冷水温度增大等因素扰动变化时,整个系统的液位、再沸器入口压力、再沸器入口流量、气化率等工艺参数随之变化的动态响应过程,并验证已有控制系统的稳定性。分析表明动态模拟能够清晰的反映稀释蒸气发生器系统工艺参数随扰动变化的动态响应特性,验证所选取控制系统的稳定性。
Based on dilution steam generator system of the ethylene plant,the paper established the dynamic model of the dilution steam generator system by the application of HYSYS Dynamic process simulation software.The dynamic response process of process parameters such as liquid level,reboiler inlet pressure,reboiler inlet flow rate,gasification rate and other process parameters of the dilution steam generator system were studied with the increase of quench water flow rate and quench water temperature stability.The analysis showed that the dynamic simulation could clearly reflect the dynamic response characteristics of the dilution steam generator system process parameters with the change of disturbance,and verify the stability of the selected control system.
