3.25"密封筒定量化验封工具研制

摘要 针对渤海油田分注井验封时不能定量判断小型密封筒受损情况的问题,研制出3.25"定量化验封工具及配套验封管柱工艺。首先,阐述了3.25"定量验封工具的结构,然后进行功能试验和性能试验,根据漏失量试验数据,分析压力与漏失量之间的关系。最后,在渤海油田某油井进行现场应用,结果表明此定量验封工艺技术能对分注井进行定量验封,说明定量验封工具能有效指导分注井3.25"密封筒配套密封工具优选,具有一定的推广应用价值。 Aiming at the problem of the failure to quantitatively judge the damage of the small sealing cylinders during the inspection and sealing of the sub-injection wells in Bohai Oilfield,a 3.25"quantitative inspection and sealing tool and the matching inspection and sealing string technology were developed.First,the 3.25"quantitative inspection and sealing tool was explained Structure,and then carry out function test and performance test.According to the leakage test data,analyze the curve relationship between pressure and flow rate and leakage.Finally,a field application in an oil well in Bohai Oilfield shows that this quantitative sealing technology can perform quantitative sealing of injection wells,indicating that the quantitative sealing tool can effectively guide the optimization of the matching sealing tools for the 3.25"seal barrel of the injection well.Certain promotion and application value.
