培养药物化学实验能力是应用型本科院校在新时代培养高素质应用型人才的重要途径。传统教学体系不适应制药行业的发展形势,导致学生的实验能力存在多种问题。为了加强实验教学,提高实验教学质量,需要提高实验地位、建设一流的实验教师队伍、更新实验课内容、改进实验装置、改进考核体系、引入现代测试方法。
