An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Public Service Motivation:Based on a Survey of Sci-tech Workers in Agricultural&Forestry Universities

摘要 利用某农林院校科技工作者的调查数据,采用结构方程模型方法,探究公共服务动机的影响因素。实证研究发现,组织环境、社会心理对公共服务动机产生显著性积极影响;组织环境对公共参与吸引、同情心、自我牺牲精神产生显著性积极影响;社会心理对公共参与吸引、公共价值承诺产生显著性积极影响,对自我牺牲精神产生显著性消极影响。 With the rise of the public governance paradigm,the public service motivation has gradually become a hot topic in public administration research,but the research on the influencing factors of public service motivation is relatively insufficient.This study uses the survey data of sci-tech workers in an agricultural&forestry university and structural equation modeling to explore the influencing factors of public service motivation.The empirical study finds that organizational environment and social psychology have significant positive impacts on public service moti⁃vation;organizational environment has significant positive impacts on public participation attraction,compassion and self-sacrifice spirits;social psychology has positive impacts on public participation attraction and public value commitment,but has significant negative impacts on self-sacrifice spirits.
