全身骨显像在疲劳性骨折诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过与MRI影像进行比较来评估全身骨显像在疲劳性骨折中的应用。方法回顾性分析2018年1月~2019年12月期间于医院就诊并最终确诊的疲劳性骨折的患者30例(男性28例,女性2例),平均年龄(20.73±3.841)岁,比较其使用单光子发射计算机断层扫描仪所行全身骨显像(静脉注射99m锝-亚甲基二膦酸盐,99mTc-MDP)及同期(1 w内)磁共振影像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)的比较。结果受检的疲劳性骨折患者中,全身骨显像检出病灶数为(3.13±2.193)处/例,MRI为(1.87±1.332)处/例(P<0.01),全身骨显像共检出94处部位,而MRI检出56处部位结论在疲劳性骨折的诊断中,全身骨显像对于病灶的检出率高于MRI,有利于该病的诊断中对多个部位的寻找,而MRI可作为细节观察的有利补充。 Objective To assess the application of whole-body bone scintigraphy in fatigue fracture by comparing it with MRI.Methods A total of 30 patients(aged 20.73±3.841)diagnosed with fatigue fracture from January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital,including 28 males and two females,were retrospectively analyzed.The whole-body bone scintigraphy using single-photon emission computerized tomography(SPECT)by intravenous injection of technetium 99m-methylene diphosphonate(99mTc-MDP)was compared with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)at the same period(within one week).Results The number of lesions identified using whole-body bone scintigraphy was 3.13±2.193/case,while that was 1.87±1.332/case using MRI(paired t test,P<0.01).A total of 94 lesions identified using whole-body bone scintigraphy,and 56 using MRI in the fracture patients.Conclusion In the diagnosis of fatigue fracture,the whole-body bone scintigraphy is superior to MRI in identifying lesions,contributing to search of multiple lesions in the diagnosis of the disease,and MRI can be used to facilitate detailed observation.
