Analysis on Oil Return Characteristics of Room Air-conditioning System

摘要 本文采用仿真结合实验的方法,研究运用物理量“速度梯度”作为家用空调系统吸气侧回油情况的量化指标,分析对比了两种不同溶解特性的制冷剂/冷冻机油在家用空调系统吸气侧的回油特性。结果表明:在相同频率70 Hz下,油循环率(OCR)由0.005增加至0.025,速度梯度值降幅为600%;相同压缩机频率70 Hz下,吸气管径减小40%,速度梯度值增大400%左右,对比仿真结果与实验结果趋势一致,说明本文描述的回油特性仿真方法具有一定的适用性。 Using the method of simulation combined with experiment,the velocity gradient of physical quantity can be used as the evaluation index for oil return at the suction side of the room air-conditioning system in this paper.The oil return characteristics of two kinds of refrigerant/refrigeration oil with different dissolution characteristics at the suction side of room air-conditioning system are analyzed and compared.The results show that as oil circulation rate(OCR)increases from 0.005 to 0.025,the velocity gradient value decreases by 600%at the same frequency of 70 Hz.And as the suction pipe diameter decreases by 40%,the velocity gradient value increases by 400%at the same frequency of 70 Hz.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results,which shows that the simulation analysis method on oil return characteristics of the room air-conditioning system described in this paper has certain applicability.
