3-D打印蛋白质翻译核心组件在生命科学中的应用

摘要 目的:3-D打印已广泛使用于生命科学领域,本研究拟通过3-D打印蛋白质翻译核心组件,提升蛋白质翻译这一生命科学领域核心生化活动的展示效果,推进其在生命科学领域微观世界的"乐高式"科技创新应用。方法:运用3-D打印技术,以核糖体、核酸、氨基酸为基本元素,使用3ds Max等软件构建3-D模型,3-D打印,制备蛋白质翻译基本组件,并进行"乐高式"模具组装。结果:3-D打印很好地还原了蛋白质翻译组件的特点,在生命科学领域有极为重要的应用。结论:值得进一步推广3-D在医药生命科学领域的理论与科技创新应用,助力第三次工业革命在自然科学、生命科学领域应用。 Objective:3-D printing has been widely used in the field of life sciences,which can achieve well printing of cells,tissues and organs that maintain biological activity,and even for drugs.However,3-D printing is less applied at the micro-world molecular level.In the field of life sciences,protein translation is one of the extremely important and core biochemical process,and this process is very complex and difficult to understand.Further 3-D printing can be tested for its application.Methods:With ribosome,nucleic acid and amino acid as the basic elements,3-D printing technology was used to construct a 3-D model using 3 ds Max and other software.3-D printing make protein biosynthesis in the micro-world visualable,and we further apply them in the field of life science for LEGO-style’s-learning model.Results:3-D printing can restore the characteristics of protein translation module.Conclusion:The application of 3-D in theory and practice in the field of medicine should be further promoted,thus promoting the gradual innovation for the life science in accordance with the third industrial revolution.
