摘要
巴基斯坦SK水电站被誉为一带一路上的"明珠"。该工程地质条件非常复杂,仅仅已揭露的岩性多达15种以上。同时,作为内资外投的项目,为确保按时并网,获得最大的收益,工期索赔的空间几乎没有。因此,SK水电站项目在设计优化层面进行大胆的研究和创新,充分考虑了征地获取的难易程度、地质复杂程度以及交通布置等,分别对坝型、溢洪道、沉砂池以及地下厂房的结构和布置进行优化比选,成功的推进了项目的履约。文章通过对该工程中各种优化案列的简述和经验总结,阐述了EPC项目中设计优化的重要作用。旨在为今后其他的工程管理提供借鉴与参考。
The SK Hydraulic Power Station Project(short for"SK Project"hereinafter)is extolled as"Bright Pearl"on the Belt and Road.Its geological condition is very complex,and more than 15 types of lithology have been revealed.At the same time,as a domestic investment in foreign project,in order to ensure timely grid connection and maximum income,there is little space for time claim.Therefore,the SK Project team,at the level of design optimization,has carried on the research and the innovation by fully considering the difficulty degree of land acquisition,the geological complexity degree and the traffic arrangement and so on,carried on the optimization comparison and selection to the dam type,the spillway,the sedimentation and the underground powerhouse respectively,andsuccessfully promoted the project performance.Based on the brief description and experience of various optimization cases in this project,this paper expounds the important role of design optimization in EPC project.The aim of the researchis to provide reference for other engineering management in the future.
