摘要
在SGMW的重庆基地生产的两种某车型都有下导轨焊合件,由于场地和工艺布局的要求,两种车型下导轨的装件焊接工位需要共用同一个焊接拼台,而下导轨的安装位置相差不大但零件差异比较明显,所以两种车型的下导轨工装无法避让开,按照传统的工装形式无法实现两种车型共用一个拼台装件的要求。因此,需要设计一种新型的下导轨定位工装机构装置,以实现上述的工艺布局要求。
Both models produced at SGMW’s Chongqing base have lower rail welding parts.Due to the requirements of site and process layout,the assembly and welding stations of the guide rails of the two models need to share the same welding platform,while the installation positions of the lower guide rails are almost the same,but the parts are obviously different.Therefore,the lower guide rail tooling of the two models can not be avoided,and according to the traditional form of tooling,it is impossible to achieve the requirement that the two models share the same platform assembly.In view of this,it is necessary to design a new type of lower guideway positioning mechanism device to achieve the above process layout requirements.
