电机脉动电流抑制方法的研究

摘要 变频调速系统中,电机电流存在脉动现象,电机重载时脉动更明显,严重时易触发过流。文章首先在d、q坐标系中滤掉电流脉动成分,然后计算出主频信号的三相平均电流,进而提取出三相脉动电流。把三相脉动电流变换到d、q坐标系中,计算出脉动电流幅值和旋转角,按抑制步长进行平滑抑制。实验结果验证了方法的有效性,提升了变频调速系统的可靠性。 In the variable-frequency speed-regulation system,the motor current pulsate is more obvious when the motor is under heavy load,and it is easy to trigger overcurrent when it is serious.In this paper,the current pulsating components are filtered out in the d and q coordinate system,and then the three-phase average current of the main frequency signal is calculated.Then,the three-phase pulsating current is extracted.The three-phase pulsating current is transformed into d and q coordinate system,the amplitude and rotation angle of pulsating current are calculated,and the pulsating current is suppressed smoothly according to the suppression step.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the method and improve the reliability of the variable-frequency speed-regulation system.
