衡水市公共交通发展改革对策研究

文章分析了衡水市城乡客运的线路、车辆、基础设施情况,提出衡水公交发展在线路、场站和资金支持上面临的问题。结合衡水市创建河北省优先发展公共交通示范城市工作,从持续推进公交免费乘坐、落实场站设施建设、加快城乡客运一体化改造、改善公交车型结构和改进公交服务质量几个方面提出了衡水市公交发展改革的对策。

This paper analyzes the lines,vehicles and infrastructure of urban and rural passenger transport in Hengshui City,and puts forward the problems faced by the public transport development in Hengshui City in terms of lines,stations and financial support.Based on the work of Hengshui City’s giving priority to the development of public transport demonstration cities in Hebei Province,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of public transport development and reform in Hengshui City from the aspects of continuously promoting free public transport,implementing the construction of station facilities,speeding up the integrated transformation of urban and rural passenger transport,improving the structure of public transport models and improving the quality of public transport service.
