高校出版社发展水平测度及高质量发展路径探究

高校出版社是我国出版业的重要生力军,其发展质量关乎我国出版产业整体水平以及未来可持续发展能力.通过对高校出版社的实证测评可知,我国高校出版社发展质量整体水平偏低,且呈非均衡发展态势.为实现高质量发展,高校出版社应着重从供给侧方向的要素资源配置、特色图书供给、企业组织运行、产业发展转型等进行改革与创新,融合新技术,加强企业治理体系和治理能力建设,打造高素质人才队伍.

University pressesare an important force in China's publishing industry,and their development quality is related to the overall level of China's publishing industry and the future sustainable development ability.Through an empirical evaluation of the university presses,it can be seen that the overall development quality of China's university press is low,andpresents an unbalanced development trend,In order to achieve high-quality development,university presses should focus onreform and innovation in the supply-side of the resource allocation,the supply of characteristic books,enterprise organizationand operation,industrial development and transformation,etc.,integrate new technologies,strengthen the construction ofcorporate governance systems and governance capabilities,and cultivate a high-quality talent team.
