癌症病人及其配偶二元应对可视化分析

Visual analysis of dyadic coping of cancer patients and their spouses

目的:对癌症病人及其配偶二元应对相关研究进行可视化分析。方法:基于CiteSpace软件,对1998年1月1日—2019年12月31日在Web of Science核心合集数据库中收录的关于癌症病人及其配偶二元应对相关研究的文献,从共引文献、作者、国家/地区、研究机构、关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果:共检索到有效文献617篇,发文量最多的国家是美国;发文量最多的机构是美国密歇根大学;发文量较多的学者有Northouse L L、Manne S L、Badr H、Hagedoorn M等;主要研究人群为乳腺癌、前列腺癌病人及其配偶;研究热点为生存质量、乳腺癌、夫妻、前列腺癌、心理困扰、二元干预、社会支持等。结论:癌症病人及其配偶二元应对相关研究主要集中在发达国家,我国学者可以借鉴国际研究热点,关注国际主要研究者和机构,结合我国国情,拓展其应用范围。

Objective:To carry out visual analysis of the research on dyadic coping of cancer patients and their spouses.Methods:Based on the CiteSpace software,the literature on the dyadic coping of cancer patients and their spouses included in the Web of Science core collection database from January 1,1998 to December 31,2019,was visually analyzed from the co⁃citing literature,authors,countries/regions,research institutions,keywords,etc.Results:A total of 617 valid documents were retrieved.The country with the most articles was the United States.The institution with the most articles was the University of Michigan.The scholars with the most articles were Northouse L L,Manne S L,Badr H,Hagedoorn M,etc.The main research population was from patients with breast cancer or prostate cancer and their spouses.Research hotspots included quality of life,breast cancer,husband and wife,prostate cancer,psychological distress,dyadic intervention,social support,etc.Conclusions:Researches on dyadic coping of cancer patients and their spouses were mainly concentrated in developed countries.Chinese scholars could learn from international research hotspots,pay attention to major international research scholars and institutions,and expand their application scope based on China's national conditions.
