临终病人与家属临终问题互动家庭支持方案的构建

Construction of family support program on end⁃of⁃life issues interaction between patients and their families

目的:构建临终病人与家属临终问题互动家庭支持方案。方法:以英国医学研究理事会干预方案的开发框架为方法学依据,基于前期质性研究结果,以时机理论、萨提亚家庭治疗理论为理论指导,构建临终病人与家属关于临终问题互动的家庭支持方案。通过线上一对一开放性专家咨询、德尔菲专家咨询论证和修订方案。结果:形成了包括10个互动项目的临终病人与家属临终问题互动家庭支持方案,两轮德尔菲专家咨询问卷回收率分别为83.3%、91.7%,专家权威系数为0.75~1.00,各项目变异系数为0.00~0.23,肯德尔协调系数为0.863,0.865,项目建议保留率为91%~100%。结论:构建临终病人与家属的临终问题互动家庭支持方案科学,可用于临终病人与家属临终问题互动家庭支持。

Objective:To construct an interactive family support program on end⁃of⁃life issues between patients and their families.Methods:The framework of the British Medical Research Council's intervention program was used as the methodological basis.Based on the results of previous qualitative research,the"Timing It Right"framework,and Satya family therapy theory as the theoretical guidance,the family support program was constructed.The program was demonstrated and revised through one⁃to⁃one open online consultation and the Delphi method.Results:An family support program on end⁃of⁃life issues interaction between patients and their families consisting of 10 projects was formed.The effective recovery rates of questionnaires in the two rounds of Delphi experts'consultation were 83.3%and 91.7%,respectively;the expert authority coefficient was 0.75⁃1.00;the coefficient of variation of each project was 0.00⁃0.23;the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.863 and 0.865,and the project retention rate was 91%~100%.Conclusions:The interactive family support program on end⁃of⁃life issues between patients and their families was scientific,which could be used to support the interaction between terminally ill patients and their families on end⁃of⁃life issues.
