就业是最大的民生工程,农村籍大学毕业生的就业更是农村家庭收入保障的重要来源,对巩固脱贫攻坚成果,消除贫困的代际传递至关重要。目前,农村籍大学毕业生整体就业质量不如城镇籍大学毕业生是不争的事实。为此,应构建以政府为主导、高校为核心、用人单位为重点、家庭和农村籍大学生为主体的"五位一体"的联动机制。确保农村籍大学生就业质量不断提升。

Employment is one of the most important livelihood projects, and the employment of college graduates with a rural household registration is an important financial source of family in rural area. It plays an important role in consolidating the achievements of overcoming poverty and improving people’s living. At present, it is an indisputable fact that the overall employment quality of college graduates with a rural household registration is inferior to those with an urban household registration. Therefore, we should build a "five in one" linkage mechanism, with the government as the leading role, colleges and universities as the core, employers as the focus, and family and college graduates with a rural household registration as the main body, to ensure the continuous improvement of the employment quality of college graduates with a rural household registration.
