创新创业教育理念下体育教育专业人才培养模式探索与实践——以湖南人文科技学院为例

On the Training Mode of Physical Education Majors under the Concept of Innovative and Entrepreneurship Education ——Taking Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology as an Example

高校应从国家"大众创业、万众创新"政策入手,树立并全面实施高校创新创业教育理念。以湖南人文科技学院体育教育专业为例,通过人才培养方案的修订和创新创业课程体系的建立,将创新创业理念融入课程教学与人才培养之中,培育高技能、高素质的专业人才;全面实施创新创业教学模式,打造优质高效的实践教学平台与学科竞赛平台,构建新型创新创业人才培养模式。

Colleges and universities should start with the national policy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", and establish and fully implement the educational concept of college innovation and entrepreneurship. Taking the physical education major of Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology as an example, through the revision of the talent training plan and the establishment of the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system, the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship is integrated into the curriculum teaching and talent training to cultivate high-skilled and high-quality professional talents;furthermore, it is recommended to fully implement the innovative and entrepreneurial teaching model, create high-quality and efficient practice teaching platform and subject competition platform, and build a new model of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training.
