电子支气管镜联合多层螺旋CT三维重建在儿童肺部感染诊治中的临床价值研究

摘要 目的探讨电子支气管镜联合多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重建在儿童肺部感染诊治中的临床价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月我院收治的50例肺炎患儿,均接受电子支气管镜联合M SCT三维重建,评估电子支气管镜联合M SCT三维重建结果、病原学检查结果。结果联合检查与电子支气管镜的肺部感染阳性率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);联合检查的肺部感染阳性率高于MSCT三维重建(P<0.05)。送检50例支气管肺泡灌液中检出病原菌53株,其中分离的病原菌中前4位依次为腺病毒22.64%、支原体18.87%、合胞病毒16.98%、流感病毒15.09%。结论电子支气管镜联合M SCT三维重建应用于肺部感染患儿诊治中,有利于提高肺部感染检出率,为患儿疾病诊治提供参考依据。 Objective To explore the clinical value of electronic bronchoscope combined with multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis and treatment of children with lung infection.Methods 50 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and given electronic bronchoscope combined with MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction.The results of electronic bronchoscope combined with MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction and etiological examination were evaluated.Results No statistical difference was found in the positive rate of lung infection between combined examination and electronic bronchoscope(P>0.05);The positive rate of lung infection in combined examination was higher than that of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction(P<0.05).Among 50 cases of bronchoalveolar lavage,53 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected,and the top four isolated pathogenic bacterias were adenovirus(22.64%),mycoplasma(18.87%),syncytial virus(16.98%)and influenza virus(15.09%).Conclusions Electronic bronchoscopy and MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis and treatment of children with lung infection is helpful to improve the detection rate of lung infection,which can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases in children.
