摘要
目的研究特发性矮小(ISS)儿童体格发育指标与其血清生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及微量元素的相关性。方法选择我院2018年6月至2019年7月收治的87例矮小症患儿,根据其疾病类型分为ISS组(n=42)和非ISS组(n=45),另选择同期于我院体检的45名正常儿童作为正常组。检测三组的血清GH、IGF-1水平及微量元素水平,并分析其与体格发育指标的相关性。结果三组的血清GH、IGF-1、钙、锌、镁水平及BMI比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ISS组、非ISS组的血清GH、IGF-1、钙、锌、镁水平低于正常组(P<0.05);ISS组的血清GH、IGF-1、钙水平低于非ISS组(P<0.05)。双变量Pearson直线相关检验显示ISS惠儿的BMI与GH、IGF-1、钙、锌、镁水平呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论ISS患儿血清GH、IGF-1、钙、镁、锌水平较低,且与其体格发育密切相关,故应及时补充微量元素,促进体格发育。
Objective To study the correlation between physical development indicators and serum growth hormone(GH),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and trace elements in children with idiopathic short stature(ISS). Methods 87 children with short stature admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into ISS group(n = 42) and non ISS group(n = 45)according to disease types. 45 normal children with physical examination at the same time in our hospital were selected as normal group. The levels of serum GH, IGF-1 and trace elements were detected, and the correlation between the above indicators and physical development indicators was analyzed. Results Statistical difference was found in the serum GH, IGF-1, Ca, Zn and Mg levels and BMI among the three groups(P <0.05). The serum GH, IGF-1, Ca, Zn and Mg levels of the ISS group and non ISS group were lower than those of the normal group(P <0.05). The serum GH, IGF-1 and Ca levels of the ISS group were lower than those of the non ISS group(P <0.05). Bivariate Pearson linear correlation test showed that BMI of ISS children was positively correlated with GH, IGF-1, Ca, Zn and Mg levels(r>0, P<0.05). Conclusions The serum GH, IGF-1, Ca, Mg and Zn levels of ISS children are relatively low, which are closely correlated with their physical development. Therefore, trace elements should be supplemented in time to improve physical development.
