摘要
目的分析沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的COPD并呼吸衰竭患者117例,随机分为观察组(n=59)和对照组(n=58)。对照组给予无创通气治疗,观察组在此基础上采用沙美特罗替卡松粉(50μg/500μg)吸入剂治疗。比较两组患者的肺功能指标、血气指标及CAT评分。结果治疗后,两组的FEV1、FEV1/FVC及FEV1%均高于治疗前(P<0.01),但组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的PaO2、PaCO2、pH水平均优于治疗前,且观察组的PaO2、PaCO2、pH水平优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组的CAT评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的CAT评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合无创通气治疗COPD并呼吸衰竭患者效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalant combined with non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicated with respiratory failure. Methods 117 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n = 59) and control group(n = 58). The control group was treated with non-invasive ventilation, and the observation group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone powder(50 μg/500 μg) inhalant on this basis. The lung function indicators, blood gas indicators and CAT score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the FEV1, FEV1/FVC and FEV1% of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P <0.01), but without satistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment,the PaO2, PaCO2 and pH levels of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the PaO2, PaCO2 and pH levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P <0.01). After treatment, the CAT scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and CAT score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.01). Conclusions Salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalant combined with non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure has significant effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
