摘要
目的探讨胺碘酮对急性心律失常患者超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的急性心律失常患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组各38例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组采用普罗帕酮治疗,观察组采用胺碘酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、hs-CRP水平及HRV相关指标(SDNN、rMSSD、SDANN、SDNNindex)。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的73.68%(P<0.05)。治疗2 d后,观察组的hsCRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的SDNN、rMSSD、SDANN、SDNNindex明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮治疗急性心律失常效果显著,可有效降低患者的hs-CRP水平,改善其HRV,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the influence of amiodarone on hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)level and heart rate variability(HRV)in patients with acute arrhythmia.Methods 76 patients with acute arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with propafenone,and the observation group was treated with amiodarone.The treatment effect,hs-CRP level and HRV related indicators(SDNN,rMSSD,SDANN,SDNNindex)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.74%,higher than 73.68%in the control group(_P<0.05).After 2 days of treatment,the hs-CRP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the SDNN,rMSSD,SDANN and SDNNindex of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Amiodarone in the treatment of acute arrhythmia has significant effect,and can effectively reduce the hs-CRP level and improve the HRV of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
