摘要 温度控制在LF炉精炼过程中具有重要地位,它是控制钢水成分质量、连铸质量及稳定工艺的关键。研发了一种非接触式的钢水温度监测系统,该系统通过双光路近红外面阵CCD探测器实时获取LF炉内钢水高清热像,再利用计算机对该图像信息进行技术处理,从而准确地识别出钢水,并根据测温模型计算出实时的温度数据。该测温系统还可作为工业电视使用,便于炼钢工人及时了解炉内状况。不同于以往的接触式测温方法,新系统可以在不影响钢水冶炼进度的情形下完成对LF炉内钢水温度的实时监测,操作便捷、安全,是一项十分值得推广的技术,对其它测温应用领域也具有一定的指导作用。 Temperature control plays an important role in LF refining process,which is the key to control the quality of molten steel composition,continuous casting quality and stable process.A non-contact molten steel temperature monitoring system is developed.The system can obtain the real-time and high-clear heat image of molten steel in LF furnace through a dual optical path area array CCD detector,and then processes the image information by computer,so as to accurately identify the molten steel and calculate the real-time temperature data according to the temperature measurement model.The system can also be used as industrial TV,which is convenient for steelworkers to know the conditions in the LF furnace in time.Different from the previous contact temperature measurement methods,the new system can measure the molten steel temperature in LF furnace in real time without affecting the smelting progress.It is convinient and safe to operate,which is a technology worthy of promotion and also has a guiding role in other temperature measurement application fields.
