Development and Application of Emergency Management Information System of Center for Disease Control and Prevention

从疾病预防控制中心突发公共卫生事件应急处置与管理的需求出发,结合实际业务工作流程,建设适应公共卫生事件应急管理的信息化体系,采用J2EE+SQL等技术,构建了基于B/S三层架构的应急管理信息系统平台。通过该系统平台的有效运用,提高了本机构应急处置与管理工作时效性、流程规范性和数据管理准确性,提升了疾控机构应急管理能力。

Based on the needs of the emergency response and management of public health emergencies in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,and combined with the actual work process,an information system that ADAPTS to the reform and development of public health is built.J2EE+SQL and other technologies are adopted to build an emergency management information system platform based on the B/S three-tier architecture.Through the effective application of the platform,the timeliness,normalization of procedures and accuracy of data management of the emergency response and management of the institution are improved,and the emergency management capability of the CDC is enhanced.
