低掺量水泥固化海泥的强度与应变特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 低掺量水泥固化高含水率黏土(HW-CSC)作为围海垦地填料,工程应用前景广阔。本文通过室内试验,测试不同配合比下HW-CSC试样的无侧限抗压强度,分析水泥质量分数(wc)、含水率(ww)和养护龄期(t)对HW-CSC试样强度和极限应变的影响。结果表明,HW-CSC试样强度随wc的增大而增大,随ww的增加而减小,但减小的速率逐渐变慢。ww=100%时,试样最佳wc范围为16%~18%;ww≥125%时,wc范围为12%~18%的试样强度偏低。HW-CSC试样强度随养护时间发展可分为3个阶段:14~28 d增长缓慢,28~70 d迅速增长,70 d以上保持稳定。HW-CSC极限应变随wc的增加而增大,随ww的增加而减小,随t的增加趋于集中分布。总体来看,HW-CSC极限应变分布集中于1.0%~2.5%。 As the filling material for reclamation,high water content clay stabilized by low cement content(HW-CSC)has a broad application prospect in engineering.In this paper,the unconfined compressive strength of HW-CSC samples with different mix proportion was tested in laboratory.Meanwhile,the influences of cement mass fraction(wc),water content(ww)and curing age(t)on the strength and ultimate strain of HW-CSC samples were analyzed.The results indicate that the strength of HW-CSC sample increases with the increase of wc,decreases with the increase of ww,however the decrease rate gradually slows down.When ww=100%,the optimum range of wc for HW-CSC sample is 16%-18%.When ww≥125%,HW-CSC sample strength is low in the range of 12%-18%of wc.According to curing age,the strength development of HW-CSC sample can be divided into three stages:slow increase from 14 d to 28 d,rapid increase from 28 d to 70 d,and keeping stable after 70 d.The ultimate strain of HW-CSC sample increases with the increase of wc,decreases with the increase of ww,and tends to be concentrated with the increase of t.The distribution of ultimate strain of HW-CSC sample is generally concentrated in the range of 1.0%-2.5%.
