经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查对妇科急腹症的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in gynecological acute abdomen

目的分析经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查对妇科急腹症患者的诊断价值。方法选取31例妇科急腹症患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查。以手术结果为金标准,分析经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查的诊断符合率。结果经腹部联合经阴道超声检查结果显示,异位妊娠流产患者11例,卵巢黄体囊肿破裂患者4例,卵巢巧克力囊肿患者1例,卵巢蒂扭转患者3例,急性盆腔炎患者7例,不同类型流产患者3例,胎盘早剥患者2例;其中误诊1例;以手术结果为金标准,经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查的诊断符合率为96.77%(30/31)。结论妇科急腹症患者采用经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查,可明显提高诊断准确率,其具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in gynecological acute abdomen.Methods A total of 31 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound.With surgical results as the gold standard,the diagnostic coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was analyzed.Results The results of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound showed that there were 11 cases of ectopic pregnancy abortion,4 cases of ovarian corpus luteum cyst rupture,1 case of ovarian chocolate cyst,3 cases of ovarian pedicle torsion and 7 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease.There were 3 cases of different types of abortion,2 cases of placental abruption;1 case was misdiagnosed;with surgical results as the gold standard,the diagnostic coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was 96.77%(30/31).Conclusion For patients with gynecological acute abdomen,transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy,which has a high clinical value.
