院前急救中采用胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常的效果分析

Effect analysis of amiodarone in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia in pre-hospital emergency

目的分析院前急救中采用胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常的效果。方法40例室性心律失常患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组20例。对照组采取常规院前急救,实验组在对照组基础上采取胺碘酮治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、不良事件发生情况、住院时间和治疗前后心率。结果实验组室患者治疗总有效率为95%,高于对照组的70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者住院时间为(7.5±2.3)d,短于对照组的(12.4±3.5)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者心率(67.5±8.3)次/min低于对照组的(73.2±10.4)次/min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常患者效果明显,能够加快患者出院,降低不良事件发生率,有利于患者心率更加平稳,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of amiodarone in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia in pre-hospital emergency.Methods A total of 40 patients with ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional prehospital emergency,and the experimental group received amiodarone based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse events,hospitalization time and heart rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 95%,which was higher than 70%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was(7.5±2.3)d,which was shorter than(12.4±3.5)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate(67.5±8.3)beats/min of the experimental group was lower than(73.2±10.4)beats/min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone is effective in treating patients with ventricular arrhythmia,which can speed up the discharge of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and help patients to stabilize their heart rate.It has promotional value.
