综合护理对冠心病心脏介入术患者心脏康复效果的影响探讨

Effect of comprehensive nursing on cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing cardiac intervention

目的分析综合护理对冠心病心脏介入术患者心脏康复的应用效果。方法320例行冠心病心脏介入术患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各160例。对照组采用常规术后护理,实验组在对照组基础上采用综合护理。比较两组患者的治疗护理依从性、不良事件发生率及生活质量。结果实验组治疗护理依从率为97.5%,对照组治疗护理依从率为71.3%;实验组治疗护理依从率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=41.813,P<0.05)。实验组不良事件发生率为2.50%,对照组不良事件发生率为7.50%;实验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.211,P<0.05)。实验组生活质量评分为(62.7±2.3)分,高于对照组的(51.1±1.1)分,差异有统计学意义(t=57.552,P<0.05)。结论对行冠心病心脏介入术患者采用综合护理干预后患者治疗依从性明显提高,不良事件发生率明显降低,生活质量得到了极大的改善,患者术后恢复得以有效确保,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the practical effect of comprehensive nursing on cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing cardiac intervention.Methods A total of 320 patients with cardiac intervention were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 160 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing based on the control group.The nursing compliance,incidence of adverse events and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing compliance rate of the experimental group was 97.5%,which was 71.3%of the control group.The nursing compliance rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=41.813,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of the experimental group was 2.50%,which was 7.50%of the control group.The incidence of adverse events of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.211,P<0.05).The quality of life of the experimental group was(62.7±2.3)points,which was higher than(51.1±1.1)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=57.552,P<0.05).Conclusion For coronary heart disease patients undergoing cardiac intervention,comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve patient compliance with treatment,reduce the incidence of adverse events,greatly improve the quality of life,and ensure the effective recovery of patients after surgery.It is worthy of promotion and application.
