取消高速公路省界收费站是深化收费公路制度改革的重要举措,文章以湖南高速为例,对取消省界收费站系统设计与实现进行探讨,提出了基于中台技术的取消省界站系统的建设方案,分别从技术架构、业务架构、数据架构等方面详细介绍了取消省界站系统的架构设计与实现,并在此基础上重点提出了技术中台的架构设计与实现。系统上线后的运营状况表明,该系统以取消省界站为主线,确保了湖南高速联网计费精准化、账务清晰化、运营高效化,最终实现不停车收费,减少拥堵、便捷群众的目标。

The cancellation of provincial toll station is an important measure to deepen the reform of toll road system.Taking Hunan Expressway as an example,this paper discusses the design and implementation of the cancellation of provincial toll station system,puts forward the construction scheme of the cancellation of provincial toll station system based on the middle platform architecture,and introduces the structure design of the cancellation of provincial toll station system in detail from the aspects of technical structure,business structure,data structure.On this basis,the paper puts forward the architecture design and implementation of the technology middle platform.The operation of the system shows that the main line of the system is to cancel the provincial border station,which ensures the accuracy of Hunan high-speed Internet charging,the clarity of accounting and the efficiency of operation,and ultimately realizes the goal of no parking charging,reducing congestion and facilitating the masses.
