This article combed our country contemporary well-known scholar CHANG Chongyi’s secretarial science research ideas,summarized it as a theory of"secretarial science is the science of secretary work",expounded its contribution and limitation to Chinese secretary theory,and then reflected the influence and enlightenment to Chinese contemporary secretarial science.
