探讨微创手术治疗颅脑损伤的临床效果

Explore the Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery on Craniocerebral Injury

目的研究微创手术治疗颅脑损伤的临床治疗方式及效果。方法在我院2019年3月至2020年3月收治的颅脑损伤患者中选择合适的60例通过双色球法进行随机分组,其中对照组30例采用传统开颅手术的方式进行治疗,研究组30例则采用颅内血肿微创手术的方式进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、并发症发生情况及临床症状指标情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,且组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的颅内压、水肿带体积以及出血量明显低于对照组,且组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颅脑损伤患者而言,采用微创手术进行治疗,能够明显缓解其临床症状,治疗效果较好,不良反应少,安全性更高。

Objective To study the clinical treatment methods and effects of minimally invasive surgery for craniocerebral injury.Methods In our hospital between March 2019 to March 2020 were admitted in craniocerebral injury patients to choose the appropriate 60 cases through the method of the double chromosphere randomized,control group 30 cases with the method of traditional surgical operation treatment,the study group 30 cases were treated with the method of minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematomas,compare the curative effect of two groups of patients,complications and clinical symptoms.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intracranial pressure,edema zone volume and blood loss in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with craniocerebral injury,the use of minimally invasive surgery can significantly relieve their clinical symptoms,with good therapeutic effect,fewer adverse reactions and higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
