步态训练在腰椎管狭窄术后患者中的康复疗效观察

Observation of the Rehabilitation Effect of Gait Training in Patients with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的通过康复治疗改善腰椎管狭窄(DLSS)术后功能障碍,观察步态训练在腰椎管狭窄术后患者中的康复疗效。方法收集2019年6月至2020年6月本院科室收治的30例DISS患者开展研究,以双盲法分组,即对照组(n=15,常规康复治疗)和观察组(n=15,基于常规康复治疗加强步态训练),对比两组康复疗效。结果治疗后,观察组腰椎JOA评分高于对照组,而ODI评分、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者步速、步频、步幅等相关步态指标观测所得结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腰椎管狭窄术后康复治疗中积极开展步态训练可改善患者腰椎功能,轻其疼痛症状。

Objective To improve the postoperative dysfunction of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis(DLSS)through rehabilitation therapy,and to observe the rehabilitation effect of gait training in patients after lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods Collected 30 DISS patients admitted to the department of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 for research,and grouped them into groups by double-blind method,namely the control group(n=15,conventional rehabilitation treatment)and the observation group(n=15,based on conventional rehabilitation therapy to strengthen gait training),the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the value obtained from the JOA score evaluation of the lumbar spine of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the value obtained from the ODI score and VAS score evaluation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the pace of the observation group was the observation results of related gait indicators such as gait,stride frequency and stride length were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Actively developing gait training in the rehabilitation treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis can improve the lumbar function of patients and relieve their pain symptoms.
