运动康复护理对老年高血压、高血脂、高血糖患者血压、血糖及生活质量的影响

Effect of Exercise Rehabilitation Nursing on Blood Pressure,Blood Glucose and Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Hypertension,Hyperlipidemia and Hyperglycemia

目的探究在老年高血压、高血脂、高血糖患者护理中采用运动康复护理的应用效果以及对患者血压、血糖和生活质量的影响。方法纳入本研究中的120例"三高症"患者入我院进行治疗及研究参与时间为2018年9月至2019年9月,随机将患者分为两组,每组各60例。对照组采用实施常规护理,研究组采用实施运动康复护理,对比两组患者护理后血压、血糖以及生活质量。结果研究组收缩压及舒张压与对照组相比降低幅度更大,研究组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖与对照组相比降低幅度更大,护理后生活质量评分对比来看,研究组较高(P<0.05)。结论老年"三高症"患者护理中运动康复护理的应用与常规护理相比优势显著,对各类体征水平的改善以及生活质量的提升有显著促进作用。

Objective To explore the application effect of exercise rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with"three highs"and its influence on blood pressure,blood sugar and quality of life.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of"three high syndrome"included in this study were enrolled in our hospital for treatment and study participation from September 2018 to September 2019.They were randomly divided into control group(implementing routine nursing)and study group(implementing exercise rehabilitation nursing),60 cases in each group,and the blood pressure,blood glucose and quality of life of the two groups were compared after nursing.Results Compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group decreased more,the glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group decreased more,and the quality of life score in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing,the application of sports rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with"three high diseases"has significant advantages,which can significantly promote the improvement of various physical signs and quality of life.
