氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片与单独使用氨氯地平片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效对比

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Amlodipine Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets and Amlodipine Tablets alone on Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的对比分析在为高血压合并冠心病患者提供治疗服务的过程中使用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片与单独使用氨氯地平片的临床疗效。方法本次试验研究的对象为高血压合并冠心病患者94例,均由我院在2018年3月至2019年3月收治,根据患者选择治疗方案的不同将其分为两组,给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的作为研究组,给予单独氨氯地平片治疗的作为对比组,每组各有患者47例。结果研究组患者治疗有效率明显高于对比组患者(P<0.05);研究组与对比组患者治疗后的血脂水平、血压情况与治疗前相比均有明显改善(P<0.05),且研究组患者改善效果更为显著(P<0.05);在各种不良反应发生概率的比较上,研究组患者与对比组患者无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在为高血压合并冠心病患者实施治疗的过程中,运用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片,改善了患者治疗后的血脂水平和血压情况,减少了各种并发症对患者造成的影响与伤害,其治疗效果与安全性均显著优于单纯使用氨氯地平片。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets and amlodipine tablets alone in providing treatment services for patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods Ninety-four patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment options.Patients treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets were taken as the research group,while patients treated with amlodipine tablets alone were taken as the control group.Each group had 47 patients.Results The effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood lipid level and blood pressure of the patients in the research group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of the patients in the research group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the occurrence probability of various adverse reactions between the research group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets improves the blood lipid level and blood pressure of patients after treatment and reduces the influence and injury caused by various complications in the process of treatment service for patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.The therapeutic effect and safety of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets are significantly better than that of amlodipine tablets alone.
