吡拉西坦联合尼莫地平对脑梗死后血管性痴呆患者认知功能及生活质量的影响

Effects of Piracetam Combined with Nimodipine on Cognitive Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Vascular Dementia after Cerebral Infarction

目的探究吡拉西坦联合尼莫地平对脑梗死后血管性痴呆患者认知功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月我院收治的80例脑梗死后血管性痴呆患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,各组40例。对照组采用尼莫地平治疗,观察组采用吡拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗。对比两组疗效。结果观察组患者ADL评分、MMSE评分、不良反应率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死后血管性痴呆患者予以吡拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗,可有效改善患者认知功能与生活能力,降低不良反应率,临床效果明显。

Objective To explore the effect of piracetam combined with nimodipine on cognitive function and quality of life of vascular dementia patients after cerebral infarction.Methods Egihty patients with vascular dementia after cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nimodipine,while the observation group was treated with piracetam combined with nimodipine.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The ADL score,MMSE score and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with vascular dementia after cerebral infarction are treated with piracetam combined with nimodipine,which can effectively improve the patients’cognitive function and living ability,reduce the rate of adverse reactions,and have obvious clinical effects.
