奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗双相情感障碍的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察双相情感障碍(BD)采用奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2019年7月至2020年7月收治的BD患者88例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=44),对照组采取碳酸锂治疗,观察组给予奥氮平+碳酸锂治疗,对比两组治疗效果、不良反应、疾病改善情况、症状评分。结果观察组有效率(97.73%)明显高于对照组(79.55%)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应为13.64%,对照组不良反应为18.18%,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组CGI-s-BP为(2.52±0.36)分、BRMS评分为(20.41±1.50)分,均明显低于对照组(4.26±0.80)分、(24.36±1.62)分(P<0.05)。结论在BD患者治疗中应用奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗,药物不良反应较少,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提升治疗效果,安全性较高。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of olanzapine combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment of bipolar disorder(BD).Methods Eighty-eight patients with BD in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lithium carbonate,and the observation group was given olanzapine and lithium carbonate.The treatment effect,adverse reactions,disease improvement and symptom score were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group(97.73%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.55%)(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in the observation group were 13.64%,while those in the control group were 18.18%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The CGI-s-BP and BRMS scores of the observation group were(2.52±0.36)points and(20.41±1.50)points,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(4.26±0.80)points and(24.36±1.62)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of olanzapine combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment of BD patients has fewer adverse drug reactions,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,enhance the treatment effect,and have high safety.
