摘要 目的分析临床血常规检验中常见误差及其原因与解决措施。方法选择我院2017年2月至2019年2月行血常规检验的200例受检者作为研究对象,收集200名受检者的8 mL静脉血,静脉血分为4组,比较不同保存时间、保存温度下的(RBC)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、血红蛋白浓度(HB)水平。结果保存2 h后,WBC水平显著低于即刻送检组(P<0.05),RBC、PLT、HB则显著高于即刻送检组(P<0.05);室温下与4℃冷藏送检的RBC、WBC检验结果均无明显差异(P>0.05),室温下送检的PLT、HB水平均显著低于4℃冷藏送检结果(P<0.05)。结论临床血常规检验中,由于采血部位的不同,血液标本运输、保存、处理条件的不同,会导致检验结果出现不同程度的误差。血常规检验工作,必须对血液采集、运输、保存、处理等条件设置统一标准,检验人员必须严格按照相关规范步骤进行操作。 Objective To analyze the common errors in clinical blood routine examination and their causes and solutions.Methods Two hundred patients who underwent blood routine examination in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.Eight milliliter venous blood was collected from 200 patients.The venous blood was divided into four groups.The levels of RBC,WBC,PLT and HB were compared under different storage time,storage temperature.Results After 2 hours storage,WBC level was significantly lower than that of the immediate test group(P<0.05),while RBC,PLT and HB levels were significantly higher than that of the immediate test group(P<0.05).At room temperature and 4℃refrigerating inspection of RBC,WBC testing results were no obvious difference(P>0.05),room temperature makes PLT,HB level were significantly lower than 4℃refrigerated inspection results(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical blood routine examination,the different parts of blood collection,the different transportation,preservation and treatment conditions of blood samples will lead to different degrees of errors in the test results.For blood routine examination,uniform standards must be set for the conditions of blood collection,transportation,storage and treatment,and the inspectors must strictly follow the relevant standard procedures.
