优质护理对反流性食管炎患者的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of High-quality Nursing on Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

目的研究分析反流性食管炎患者接受优质护理取得的临床效果。方法研究活动展开时间为2018年3月至2019年3月,从该时间段接诊的反流性食管炎患者中选择82例为研究对象。按照接诊患者的时间先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,两组患者均有41例。在相同治疗方案下,为对照组患者辅助开展常规护理措施,为观察组患者实施优质护理模式。分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理满意度、健康知识知晓率、治疗依从性明显高于对照组,而并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的情绪状况、角色功能、社会适应能力、生活自理能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反流性食管炎患者在接受治疗的过程中辅助性展开优质护理模式对提高患者认知度有明显效果,提升患者治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing care for patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,82 patients with reflux esophagitis who came to our hospital for treatment were divided into observation group and control group according to time,both of which were 41 cases.They were intervened through high-quality nursing(observation group)and routine nursing(control group).Compare the effect.Results The nursing satisfaction,health knowledge awareness rate,and treatment compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores such as emotional status,role function,social adaptability and self-care ability were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The auxiliary implementation of high-quality nursing measures during the treatment of reflux esophagitis patients has a significant effect on improving patients’cognition,improving patient compliance with treatment,and improving the quality of life of patients.
