淋巴瘤化疗患者接受优质护理的临床效果

Clinical Evaluation of Patients with Lymphoma Chemotherapy Receiving High-quality Nursing

目的分析优质护理在淋巴瘤化疗患者中应用的临床效果。方法从2017年7月至2019年5月于我院选择88例淋巴瘤化疗患者,将其随机分成两组,对照组44例患者行常规护理,研究组44例患者行优质护理,对照分析两组的健康知识知晓度评分、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果研究组健康知识知晓度评分、社会功能、物质生活、躯体功能评分均高于对照组,不良反应率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对淋巴瘤化疗患者实施优质护理不仅可以提高对疾病知识的掌握情况,提高健康知识知晓度,改善生活质量,减少不良反应,还能提高护理的满意度高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high-quality nursing in lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods From July 2017 to May 2019 in our hospital will pick 88 lymphoma chemotherapy patients,randomly divided into two groups,control group of 44 cases of patients with routine nursing care,the study group of 44 patients with the high-quality nursing,contrast analysis of two groups of health knowledge popularity ratings,the quality of life score,the incidence of adverse reaction.Results The scores of health knowledge awareness,social function,material life,physical function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing for patients with lymphoma chemotherapy can not only improve the mastery of disease knowledge,improve the awareness of health knowledge,improve the quality of life,reduce adverse reactions,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing.
