肺结核患者肺叶切除术的围手术期护理分析

Perioperative Nursing Analysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients Undergoing Lobectomy

目的研究临床治疗肺结核症状时,执行肺叶切除术需要提升其治疗效果而开展围手术期护理工作的落实效果。方法其对象选择2017年1月至2019年12月在本院接诊且治疗肺结核患者,按照疾病诊断共筛选得出90例试验患者,将其平分为常规组与试验组。将接受一般护理干预患者纳入常规组中,将增加使用围手术期护理干预的患者纳入试验组中,比较两组住院情况、出院与入院时生活质量、并发症情况与护理满意度。结果两组患者入院时患者生存质量差异无显著性(P>0.05);出院时试验组生存质量、护理满意度均高于常规组,并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论为提升肺结核患者接受肺叶切除术的治疗效果,可在其围手术期给予相应护理干预,帮助其提升临床预后生活质量,控制并发症发生使其尽快恢复健康。

Objective When studying the clinical treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis symptoms,the implementation of lobectomy needs to improve its therapeutic effect and carry out the implementation effect of perioperative nursing work.Methods The subjects were selected to receive and treat pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019.A total of 90 experimental patients were screened according to the disease diagnosis,and they were divided into the routine group and the experimental group.The patients who received general nursing intervention were included in the routine group,and the patients who increased the use of perioperative nursing intervention were included in the experimental group.The hospitalization status,quality of life at discharge and admission,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups when they were admitted to the hospital(P>0.05);the quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group at discharge,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuberculosis patients undergoing lobectomy,corresponding nursing interventions can be given during the perioperative period to help them improve their clinical prognosis quality of life,control the occurrence of complications,and restore their health as soon as possible.
